The analyst house The Group of Analysts (TGOA) aims at delivering transparency in the software market through its unique assessment method called Market Performance Wheels (MPWs). The MPWs enable the market to better understand the digitalisation potentials the respective solutions provide. For this, the assessment tool sheds light on four strategic areas: ability to perform, market performance, future proof, and technology. In contrast to traditional analyst approaches, the goal is not to compare software on a feature level, but to distill the very essence of every player, thereby enabling companies to assess whether they fit strategically.
Now, TGOA has published the first MPW of the year 2022, based on a thorough exchange with Bertsch Innovation GmbH. The German vendor offers mediacockpit for omnichannel product and media communication and the new MPW assesses its performance for the areas product information management (PIM), product experience management (PXM), and multi-domain master data management (MDM).
The PIM MPW of Bertsch Innovation gives a clear picture of the strengths of mediacockpit. While the overall performance in all four categories is on a high level, there are noticeable peaks when it comes to customer performance (23 out of 25 points) and customer experience (24 out of 25 points). The remarkable overall achievement in the area of technology (21 out of 25 points) gives a hint what might be one reason for these good results. Especially when it comes to the ability to adapt to customers’ preferences, the Stuttgart-based vendor gives a convincing picture.
